Now that the ANUGA 2017 has closed its doors, we here at European Food would like to look back on the highs and lows of the exhibition. Therefore we asked the participating exhibitors for their opinions and on this page they have their say. Enjoy reading!

"This was our first time exhibiting at Anuga and the feedback from buyers on our Wild West beef jerky and our Speyside Smokehouse Salmon Jerky was incredible. This was the launch event of our salmon jerky, which was well received and we’re now following up some hot leads from across Europe and Asia. Our new branding on Wild West has positioned the jerky as a healthy snack and buyers were very positive about having our products listed. "
